For ultimate freshness we roast your coffee to order then ship it immediately. We package it in top quality re-sealable bags with one way air valves which allows the fresh beans to give off CO2, and prevents oxygen from getting in to stale the beans. After opening the bag, you simply reseal, and then squeeze excess air out through the valve.
