Coffee beans: within 14 days of the delivery date.
Coffee accessories: within 30 days of the delivery date.

E-mail us and enter “RETURN” in the subject line, and include your original PayPal transaction number along with a description of the problem.
You will receive a Return Authorization e-mail from us.

Re-pack the item in the original packaging, including all parts and instructions along with the printout of the Return Authorization.

Mail the return shipment via USPS with Delivery Confirmation

Charges will be refunded via PayPal within 30 days of receipt of return.

* Return shipping charges are nonrefundable.
